The target of this demonstration is to show the interaction between the end-customer of a vertical customer and an employee of the customer. The end-customer starts the interaction from the customer’s web site where Rainbow APIs allow chat and video interaction with the employee, who is using a standard Rainbow client.
To run this demo smoothly, you will need:
- An internet connection with an asymmetric link of 1 Mb/s download at least
- 2 laptops
If this is your first Rainbow vertical consultation remote demo (eDemo), it is strongly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the entire demo process. This means connecting to the demo platform and completing the demo script in its entirety before executing a customer facing demonstration (this means booking the demo for an additional timeslot).

For optimal use of Rainbow, you should make sure of the following:
- Minimal resolution of 1024×768
- Support for Cookies MUST be enabled.
